This pattern purchase includes the following files: instructions, A4 print-at-home pattern, A0 copy shop pattern, and plotter pattern for large format printing on a roll.
Esther is a close-fitting dress. It features a waist seam, bust darts transferred into the side seams, and waist darts both on the front bodice and back bodice. The short set-in sleeve is gathered at the sleeve cap, and the skirt is gathered along the waistline. The dress features a deep square neckline and fastens with buttons and buttonholes at the center front. Esther is midi length.
RECOMMENDED MATERIALS
To sew this dress, choose dress-weight fabrics with the following properties:

medium weight, with good drape, soft, non-stretch or with very little stretch, opaque

the fiber content can include natural fibers (silk), artificial fibers (viscose), blends (silk + polyester, polyester + viscose, etc.), and synthetics (polyester, polyester + elastane)

the following fabrics are recommended: dress-weight viscose, crepe satin, challis, tencel, linen, cotton, cotton eyelet fabric
Attention! We do not recommend stretchy knit fabrics and lightweight sheer fabrics (chiffon, organza, stretch lace).
The garment in the photo is made of 100% viscose. The fabric is medium weight, with good drape, soft and non-stretch.
