About the fabric:
This beautiful opulent floral design is printed onto the most wonderful quality ECOVERO™ satin dressmaking fabric. Lara Floral Viscose ECOVERO™ Satin - Black is a medium weight and opaque dressmaking fabric. It has plenty of fluid drape and a gorgeous high shine. This dress fabric would be perfect for dresses, blouses and skirts. Composition: 50% viscose and 50% Ecovero Viscose. Weight: 170gsm and Width: 145cm. Machine washable at 30 degrees, cool iron, hang out to dry straight after washing, please note when you wash viscose it can become stiff when wet but the softness and drape will return as it dries.

The Peony Dress is the dress you have been missing from your wardrobe. Made in a silk or pretty viscose crepe, it’s the perfect special occasion dress, or made in a linen or babycord you can dress it down for daytime. The Peony Dress also features a fantastic couture technique to add shoulder puffs to your dress. There are a number of darts in the dress, a concealed zip fastening and optional gathered frills. This dress is designed for an intermediate dressmaker.
