About the fabric:
Part the Time to Sparkle Collection and a Fabric Godmother exclusive design. This dreamy print features clouds, crescent moons and shooting stars for an ethereal yet playful design, printed onto the most wonderful quality viscose twill dressmaking fabric. Perfect for daytime or evening, this viscose twill has a wonderful weight, a soft touch and an amazing drape to it. It has a wonderful warm handle and a good amount of drape. It would be perfect for sewing into party dresses, blouses or jumpsuits. Composition: 100% Viscose. Weight: 140gsm and Width: 146cm. Machine washable at 30 degrees, cool iron, hang out to dry straight after washing, please note when you wash viscose it can become stiff when wet but the softness and drape will return as it dries.

The Peony Dress is the dress you have been missing from your wardrobe. Made in a silk or pretty viscose crepe, it’s the perfect special occasion dress, or made in a linen or babycord you can dress it down for daytime. The Peony Dress also features a fantastic couture technique to add shoulder puffs to your dress. There are a number of darts in the dress, a concealed zip fastening and optional gathered frills. This dress is designed for an intermediate dressmaker.
