Tessuti Apron Fabric Godmother

Description

This tunic-style cross back apron is easy to sew, comfortable to wear and provides good coverage. It features a square neck, wide straps and a large, practical front pocket. With neat yet durable, turned and hemmed edges - no fussy ties or fiddly binding - you will be able to whip this up quickly for yourself or someone special.

(112cm) NOTE: Must be cut on crosswise grain and not suitable for directional prints in this width 1.45m
(140cm) 1.10m


Recommended fabrics: medium weight linen, cotton and denim

Notions: thread.

Seam Allowance: seam allowances are included in pattern. Suitable for all sewing levels.

    This is a great pattern choice if you’re new to sewing, or if, like me, you’re returning to it after a 35 year gap. I made my apron in the washed denim on a rainy Sunday afternoon. The pattern was easy to follow and the finished apron looks really professional. I’m going to go for another Tessuti pattern as my next project.

    This is my fourth Tessuti make. Brilliant instructions once again. Easy make but looks really good. I'm petite so it was too big for me at the bust, but made as a present and perfect for recipient who is 5' 6.
