The sleeveless Eleonora dress is a romantic summer dress inspired by vintage chemise dresses, but with a modern take that makes it more suitable for everyday wear. The dress is adjustable due to the tie and elastic at the neckline and waist and comes with A-E bra cup options. Eleonora features gathered shoulder straps with elasticated channel with ruffles. The gathered midi skirt has four panels, hidden pockets and is finished with a deep hem. View A-C: The neckline has ruffles and a channel that is adjustable with a tie and elastic. The waist also has an adjustable channel. View B: The bodice has elastic channel under the bust. View C: The bodice is cinched in with shirring above the waistline.

Size range: European sizes 34-50/UK6-UK22/US2-US22 with A-E bra cup size options.

Sewing difficulty: The pattern is suitable for intermediate sewists. You should be able to sew a channel for the neckline and the sleeves. The neckline and the waist is finished with elastic and an adjustable tie. There are options of shirring or elastic under the bust.

Fabric suggestions: Choose a lightweight woven fabric such as cotton voilé or cotton lawn. The Eleonora dress used for the photo shoot was made in a Japanese crinkled cotton.

Fabric usage: 4.9 meter (EU34) to 5.5 meter (EU50) for the original four panel skirt. However, many of my pattern testers made the Eleonora dress using much less (around 3-3.5 meter depending on your fabric width). Read more about it in the instructions.
