Meet the MADE-line TEE: a nostalgic throwback to the effortlessly cool 90s tees your mom loved. She wore it to family reunions, with her fabulous high-waisted light-wash jeans or Bermuda shorts. With a round neck, nearly elbow-length sleeves, deep-chunky hems, slightly cropped bodice, drop shoulder, and boxy fit, this TEE is about to become your wardrobe staple. It's simple to assemble for a beginner but with finishes like it was professionally made.

FABRIC & YARDAGE
-
This pattern requires between 1-2yds/meters of knit fabric depending on the size you choose.
-
Light-heavy weight knit fabrics with medium recovery (fabric bounces back after stretching due to spandex) such as French Terry, Ponte, Rib, Jersey, Fleece, Modal, Waffle, etc. This pattern is great with most knits and stretch percentages. For a boxier fit avoid fabric with elastain or spandex as it tends to cling to the skin.
-
For beginners it is advised to skip modal jerseys, as they tend to curl.
-
This pattern works best with knits that have a 50% stretch percentage. However, you could pick a fabric with less or more. If you choose a fabric with less than 50% stretch percentage, you will need to pick one with at least 50% stretch for your neck and wristband.
NOTIONS
-
1/4”(3mm) wide twill tape or elastic 1/2 yard/meter long (optional)
