The Bella Frock features a boat neck with bishop sleeves and a fit and flare silhouette. Its simplistic design makes it an amazing canvas to showcase exciting stretch fabrics like sequin fabric, velvet and loud patterns. Its a dress that feels so comfortable to wear in cooler temperatures while also having the potential to be so dressed up!

3/8 inch or 1 cm everywhere.
FABRIC
Jersey Fabric: use a fabric with at least 70% stretch see demo on how to find stretch percentage (not to be confused with content). If you choose a fabric with less stretch, size up.
Red Dress: 50% stretch polyester sparkle jersey - made in one size up.
Blue Dress: 50% stretch polyester velvet jersey - made in one size up.
Pink Dress: 50% stretch polyester sequined jersey - made in one size up.
Make a toile before using your good fabric.
MATERIALS
1. 70% stretch jersey fabric (see yardage chart)
2. Braided Elastic — 1/4 in (6 mm) width for sleeve hem
SIZING AND FIT
Size 00 — 24 see size chart.
This is a fitted garment that requires at least 70% stretch jersey fabric.
Choose your size based on the closest group of measurements, relying more heavily on your over bust and waist measurements. If you are larger than a C cup, you may consider doing an FBA which is described in the Read First file.
The hip of this dress is flared so it will fit larger hips, see finished garment measurements.
Model is 5'4 (B:36 W:28 Hip: 38) who wears a size 8 but wearing size 10 due to lower stretch percentage. Good for 5’2” — 5’6" height. Instructions included for lengthening.
