Paying homage to the hazy photos of Italian photographer Paolo Roversi, this contemporary design forms a meadow of soft, photographic daffodil heads – one of the most iconic and popular yellow flowers of all. This print is part of the Yellow story of the Spring/Summer 2024 collection, examining the joyful spirit of this multi-faceted colour, with designs influenced by art movements such as Expressionism and Symbolism to the radiant beauty of pretty primulas, primroses, lemons, bees and buttercups.
For Spring/Summer 2024, A Liberty Kaleidoscope takes us on the most vivid journey of all – through the rainbow, into a prismatic universe of colour. For this collection the Liberty Fabrics designers engaged with print’s most elemental pigments, assembled here into four compelling stories: ‘Spectrum’, ‘Red’, ‘Blue’ and ‘Yellow’. The collection explores the cultural, natural and historical components that make up the light and shade of everything around us, taking us into the heart of each hue. Liberty's Tana Lawn™ cotton is a fabric built by obsession, perfected into a modern masterpiece of production through a bespoke process that has evolved over a century. Printed in our very own Liberty Printing Mill, located between Milan and Lake Como in northern Italy, Tana realises unmatchable fluidity with a silk-like touch, unique print quality and striking colour vibrancy. Machine washable and durable enough for daily wear, it can be used to create everything from simple separates to spectacular statement pieces.
