Come and join us in our sunny studio for a weekend spent making Fabric Godmother’s brand new pattern, The Aspen Dress

The Aspen Dress is a midi length utility dress. The key feature is an exposed zip front opening.  The optional ruffled pocket adds a playful, softer finish or choose the top stitched rectangle pocket for more of a utility look. There is a choice of a short sleeve or a long sleeve with a shirt style cuff.

The pattern is included in the price of the class. If you already have the pattern we can refund the price of the pattern.

Please contact us if you would like to pay in instalments and we can discuss options.

Teacher

Naomi Bancroft

Naomi has been crafting since she was very young. With a grandmother who was a dressmaker, she learnt to sew and knit from a young age. But it was many years later that she rediscovered the joy of sewing when she took up quilting, although it was dressmaking that was to become her true passion. Naomi trained as a teacher and after many years, pursued a diploma in Fashion and Dressmaking with City and Guilds. She has taught sewing and knitting in a number of settings around Brighton. Naomi is a prolific sewer, creating clothes to fit her body and give her the body confidence that ready to wear cannot. She enjoys pattern cutting and creating her own bespoke designs.
