A Jenerates original! This flexible silicone hot hemmer is the first of it's kind.
You can use the holes to mark the position of the hemmer with a chalk pencil or iron-off pen:
- in the cm vesion the holes are at 1cm and 2cm, and the hemmer is 3cm wide.
- in the inch version, the hemmer is 1" wide and the holes are 1/4" and 5/8" from one side, which means they're 3/8" and 3/4" from the other side.
You simply can pin through the holes to keep it in place while you press. You can use a felt mat or you can just pin into your ironing board as well.
You can also use the FLEX hemmer on straight edges. Just add a little tension when pinning to inhibit the curve.
