Gütermann Extra Strong Sewing Thread
A strong polyester thread, slightly finer than Gütermann Top Stitching thread. This thread is ideal ideal for bold, decorative stitching, button-holing and button sewing. It also works well for top stitching if top stitching thread is too heavy for the sewing machine.
With a very high break point, the Extra Strong thread works well for repair jobs and sewing denim. Suitable for machine and hand use.
Best results are achieved with machine sewing using the Extra Strong thread in the needle and regular Sew All thread in the bobbin. A top stitching needle in the machine will also help with stitching.
