Perfect to add to sleeves, edges of garments and tired skirts.
The elastic is 5mm wide and the gingham frill is 15mm.

Dry clean or wash up to 40 degrees. Cool Iron.
Price is per metre. Add the quantity of metres required and it will be cut in one continuous length.
