The Great British Sewing Bee - Series 10 Episode 6

Posted by Phoebe on 26th Jun 2024

This week it was Children's Week on The Great British Sewing Bee! Kiell Smith-Bynoe kicked things off by challenging the seven sewers to create a sequined bomber jacket for kids. Watching them handle the tricky sequins and ribbing was impressive and nerve-wracking.

The Transformation Challenge was pure fun, with sewers crafting animal-themed fancy dress costumes for toddlers from beach towels. The creativity on display was incredible and brought out everyone’s playful side.

In the final Made-to-Measure challenge, mini models joined the fun. Sewers used childhood photos as inspiration to design new outfits, leading to heart-warming and nostalgic moments.
