It was Reduce, Reuse, Recycle Week on "The Great British Sewing Bee." This episode was packed full of creativity and innovative design - we loved watching how the contestants transformed old garments and scraps to give them a new lease of life!

First up, the Pattern Challenge had the talented sewers transforming fabric scraps sandwiched between sheets of organza into gorgeous quilted bags. Who knew leftover bits and pieces could look this chic? If this challenge has left you keen to try bag making - here are some of our favourites! Or if you loved the look of the chain handle on the bag in this episode then check out our crystal bag staps for a touch of glamour.

And for the final challenge - a Sewing Bee first, the sewers took on the ultimate upcycling challenge: wedding dresses! They cut, dyed, and even painted these gowns, repurposing them into show-stopping party outfits. From bridal to boogie, these transformations were nothing short of magical. In honour of this challenge, we've picked some of our favourite party styles for you to sew!
