MEGAN NIELSEN PATTERNS

Posted by Fabric Godmother on 1st Jan 1970

I was really pleased when Megan Nielsen emailed me to tell me that she was going to re launch her beautiful patterns back into print with a whole new look to them. The Darling ranges dress has always been a top selling pattern for  us and now she has a brand new pattern the Brumby skirt which will be just as popular.
Megan has also launched a great App to help you with tips, instructions and access to ideas for all of the patterns you buy. The App is free to download and when you buy a pattern (there is a code inside the pattern to unlock access to your pattern on the App)

BRUMBY SKIRT
The short version of this is ideal for denim, cord or heavier weight fabrics and the longer version is wonderful in lighter fabrics such as cotton poplin and chambray such as our lovely grey cotton chambray fabric.

A really versatile dress (and now also a top) pattern. This is ideal in light floaty fabrics like lawn and voile and perfect for summer. I think a version in our Gaussian cotton lawn would be dreamy.

These culottes come in three lengths and are really on trend. Try them in a fabric with lots of drape such as viscose or lawn. I would use our craze cotton voile for a really light summery pair ideal with a white t shirt and plain sandals.

Megan has not released all the patterns back into print yet but as soon as she does we will get them in stock.
