Interstellar is a comfortable hoodie sweatshirt with a moderate oversized fit. Interstellar features an angled shoulder yoke, with a two-piece sleeve that tapes towards the cuff with a single front dart. A roomy kangaroo pocket and a deep hood with a cross over the front.
We also have included a beautiful professional finish around the neck that will elevate the quality of your hoodie.
SUITABLE FABRICS
Medium weight knits with a low stretch percentage such as sweatshirt, French terry, cotton fleece, and Ponte Roma.
Matching ribbing for the hem 30 cm (12”) x 80 cm (32”) wide (optional).
For the sample piece, we have used a 100% cotton sweatshirt
NOTIONS
- A small amount of knit or woven lightweight interfacing for the buttonhole area
- 1 cm (3/8”) woven twill tape to finish the neckline - 80 cm - 0.90 yd
- Matching Cord/ twill tape for the hood - 1.4 cm - 1.5 yd (optional)
- End cord toggles (optional)
- Eyelet instead of buttonholes (optional)

HEIGHT
The pattern is offered in two height groups: 160 and 170 cm (5’3” and 5’7”), when buying this pattern you should select the closest height to your body, if you are in the middle choose the tallest. Both patterns have exactly the same width around the body the only difference is in the length.
If you are outside these groups, you may need to alter the pattern length at the lengthen/shorten lines marked on the pattern pieces.
