A beautiful deadstock cotton voile with a wonderful embroidered border. The embroidered border measure approximately 35cm with a stunning scalloped edge. The border can be used for the hem of a blouse, dress or skirt.
This embroidered scalloped border cotton dressmaking fabric is lightweight and has a soft handle with plenty of drape. This dressmaking fabric is semi opaque and depending on preference could be lined. It would be prefect for blouses.
